Finished in 2013: Scrappy Shoo-Fly

In March I dove into my scrap bin and pulled out some text-y fabric and some special scraps. I decided on a super traditional Shoo Fly block. Over the course of a quiet weekend at home, I made this quilt. I bound it while watching a show on netflix called Luther! So good!

I love the size of this one, it's around 75x75 inches square. Perfect for napping on the couch!

ps: I feel like I'm emotionally spent! Last night we watched the season finales of Dr. Who (omggg), Lost Girl (whattttt! Kenzi!!!) and Grimm (NICK! NOOO!!!). Now what am I going to watch this summer?! I think we are only regularly watching Longmire!

pss: After watching Dr. Who, we couldn't sleep and one of the movie channels was playing Grosse Point Blank. I totally forgot how much I *love* that movie. Dry humor at it's finest!
